The wild pale hair and the pallid, blotchy makeup are what take the costume from a striped suit to the character. A wig handles the hair reliably; the face is a light makeup job rather than a full prosthetic look.

Because the makeup is deliberately uneven, it is also one of the more forgiving character faces to attempt without practice.
